House rules and tips

A few rules so the machines work properly and everyone finds their clothes just as they left them. They're the same ones posted in the laundry.

  1. Choose your language (top right).

Opening hours

Last payment at 9:30pm

The laundry is open every day from 8am to 10pm, but the payment station switches off half an hour earlier, at 9:30pm. Machines that are already running finish their cycle; you just can't start a new one.

For example: if you start a wash at 9:15pm, it'll finish at around 9:50pm and you won't be able to pay for the dryer. If you want to wash and dry, start your wash by 8:45pm at the latest.

Rules

Rules for using the machines

  • Check the care labels before washing or drying your clothes.
  • Check and empty pockets before putting clothes in the machines.
  • Don't add any products: the machines add their own in every wash.
  • Stick to each machine's maximum load so it washes and dries properly.
  • Don't mix whites with colours, so nothing runs.
  • Don't wash or dry rugs, shoes or anything plastic.
  • If you press the stop button, the cycle ends and you'll have to pay again to start the machine.
  • When the programme finishes, unload the machine straight away. If you don't, the next customer can unload it and use it.
  • No smoking and no animals inside: your dog waits outside at the pillar with rings. Nothing belonging to pets can be washed or dried either.

If you come with your dog

Your dog waits outside, at its own pillar

Animals aren't allowed inside, but your dog can still come along. Next to the door there's a marked pillar with two rings to tie the lead.

Nothing belonging to pets, such as their clothes, beds or blankets, can be washed or dried either, for hygiene reasons and for people with allergies.

Good to know

Please note

  • Before filling the dryer, check there's nothing left in the drum.
  • If someone unloads your machine because you didn't come back in time, the business is not responsible for any damage or loss. Collecting your laundry on time is each customer's responsibility.
  • The business is not responsible for damage to or theft of personal belongings.
  • The premises are monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day.

Tips

To make it all go smoothly

  • Set an alarm on your phone: a wash takes 33 to 35 minutes and a dry 20. That way you're back on time and nobody has to take your clothes out.
  • Not sure which temperature to use? Check the garment's care label.
  • Note your machine's number before going to the payment station.
  • With the customer card, every wash and every dry costs you less. You can get it and top it up at the payment station.
