Frequently asked questions
Do I need to bring detergent?
No. The washer adds three products by itself: detergent and softener (up to 95% natural) and active oxygen, which whitens and disinfects.
How do I start the washer?
From the payment station. You just put your clothes in the washer or dryer and close the door: you choose the programme and extras and pay at the payment station, and the machine starts by itself.
Which programme should I choose?
There are 4: HOT (50 °C, 35 min), NORMAL (40 °C, 35 min), COLOR (30 °C, 33 min) and DELICADO (20 °C, 33 min). Not sure which temperature? Check the garment's care label.
How much is a wash and dry?
A household load in the 8 kg washer plus one dry: 9.00 €, or 8.00 € with the customer card. Laundry products are included.
How long does it take?
A wash takes 33 to 35 minutes and a dry 20 minutes. Washing and drying: under an hour.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, and with coins, notes or the customer card too, which you top up at the payment station and which gets you a discount.
Are you open on public holidays?
Yes, 365 days a year, 8am to 10pm. The payment station switches off at 9:30pm: after that you can't start a new machine, but any that are already running finish their cycle.
What if a machine has finished and its owner isn't there?
You can unload it and use it. So when you start yours, come back on time: a wash takes about 35 minutes and a dry 20. See the rules
Can I bring my dog or wash its things?
Your dog can come along, but it waits outside: animals aren't allowed inside. Next to the door there's a marked pillar with two rings to tie the lead. And nothing belonging to pets can be washed or dried, whether clothes, beds or blankets, for hygiene reasons and for people with allergies.
